The Government has called for intensified efforts to combat counterfeit products in the country, saying such goods continue to endanger public health, undermine legitimate businesses, and negatively impact the national economy. A total of more than 3,752 companies are expected to participate in the 50th International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) organized by the Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TANTRADE) this year.
