CONTENT CREATORS EMPOWERED TO BENEFIT ECONOMICALLY THROUGH CLEAN COOKING ENERGY PROMOTION

The Director of Clean Cooking Energy from the Ministry of Energy (Tanzania), Mr. Nolasco Mlay, has participated in a special training session for content creators taking place today, March 25, 2026, in Dar es Salaam. The training aims to build their capacity to enhance creativity and increase the productivity of their work.

The training has been organized by the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports (Tanzania) in collaboration with the Tanzania Culture and Arts Fund, with the Ministry of Energy serving as one of the key facilitators.

Through this program, participants are being educated on economic opportunities available to content creators through promoting the use of clean cooking energy.

Content creators are being guided on how they can generate income by collaborating with institutions involved in clean energy, participating in sponsored campaigns, advertising clean energy products and services, and producing engaging educational content.

Through their creativity, they can attract stakeholders and sponsors, thereby contributing to economic development and environmental conservation.

The involvement of the Ministry of Energy highlights the recognition of content creators as an important bridge in delivering public education and promoting the adoption of clean cooking energy through digital platforms.
