HUNGARIAN MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE CONCLUDES OFFICIAL VISIT TO TANZANIA




The Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, H.E. Péter Szijjártó, has concluded his official visit to Tanzania on September 29, 2025.


During his stay, H.E. Szijjártó held a private meeting with his host, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, H.E. Ambassador Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, followed by bilateral discussions aimed at strengthening diplomatic cooperation in strategic sectors, including education, agriculture, tourism, technology, trade, and investment.


As part of the visit, H.E. Szijjártó, together with H.E. Ambassador Kombo, participated in the official opening ceremony of the Embassy of Hungary offices located in Masaki, Dar es Salaam.


At Julius Nyerere International Airport, H.E. Szijjártó was seen off by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, H.E. Cosato Chumi.
