The Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) has successfully participated in the Second Zanzibar Tourism and Investment Expo 2025, held at the Dimani grounds in Fumba, Zanzibar. The event was officially opened by the Minister of Tourism and Heritage of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar, Hon. Mudrik Ramadhan Soraga.
Through its participation, NCAA has continued to raise public awareness on the importance of conservation, tourism, and investment opportunities available in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area – a unique site globally recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Speaking at the NCAA pavilion, Ms. Zuhura Khalifa, a resident of Mkwajuni, commended the authority for bringing conservation education and tourism service information to the islands of Zanzibar.
“Many people have heard about Ngorongoro, but they didn’t have accurate information about its services. NCAA’s participation in this expo has opened our eyes and taught us a lot,” she happily expressed.
On his part, NCAA Public Relations Officer, Mr. Mustapha Seifdine, expressed gratitude to all the citizens who visited the authority’s pavilion, emphasizing that NCAA’s involvement in the expo is part of an ongoing effort to disseminate accurate information about tourist attractions and conservation initiatives.
“We have a long-term strategy, not only to promote Ngorongoro’s attractions but also to provide conservation education to secondary school and university students across the country. Our goal is to ensure the slogan ‘Inherited to Preserve and Pass On’ becomes a practical and sustainable reality,” Mustapha explained.
