TTCL LEADS IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE QUALITY WITH 98 PERCENT SCORE



The Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL) has emerged as the leading telecommunications service provider in terms of service quality, recording a Quality of Service (QoS) score of 98 percent, according to a report presented by the Minister for Communication.

Speaking about the report, TTCL Public Relations Manager, Esther Mbanguka, said the corporation was pleased and proud of the results, noting that the achievement was attributed to significant improvements made in its infrastructure and customer service systems.

She said TTCL has continued to invest in telecommunications infrastructure as well as internal and external systems aimed at making services more accessible to customers and improving the efficiency of service delivery.

“TTCL has emerged as a leader in providing quality telecommunications services. All this has been made possible through the improvements we have made to our infrastructure, as well as investments in internal and external systems designed to make it easier and more affordable for our customers to access our services,” Mbanguka said.

She added that TTCL will continue improving its infrastructure to ensure that telecommunications services reach people in different parts of the country, while also strengthening its customer service systems.

Mbanguka further said the improvements will continue, with the corporation ensuring that systems supporting service delivery are installed and completed on time, with the aim of maintaining high-quality and efficient services for its customers.
