🔴🔴 TAWA CONTINUES ITS WINNING MOMENTUM AT SHIMMUTA 2025.

The Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA) has continued to showcase its dominance at the SHIMMUTA 2025 games after securing victories in two key matches played today, November 27, 2025, at the Kigurunyembe grounds in Morogoro Region.


In the football match, TAWA battled fiercely against MSD in a highly competitive game that drew intense excitement from fans. Despite the tough contest, TAWA emerged victorious with a 2–1 win, a result that strengthens their position at the top of their group.


In netball, TAWA’s queens also delivered an impressive performance. They stepped onto the court with speed, discipline, and determination against BOT, defeating them 34–21 in a match dominated by fast-paced and highly coordinated play.


With these results, TAWA continues to solidify its status as a formidable team in the SHIMMUTA 2025 games, showing clear intent to finish the tournament at the very top.

*Government Launches 15274 Hotline to Ease Access to National ID Information

Dar es Salaam: The Government has urged citizens to use their mobile phones by dialing *15274 to easily access information related to National Identification Cards (NIDA). Speaking today, December 29, 2025, the Minister for Home Affairs, George Simbachawene, said the service will enable citizens to check the status of their National ID cards, including whether the card has been produced or not, with feedback provided within five days. He explained that through this number, citizens will receive important information regarding their National IDs, adding that damaged ID cards are expected to be replaced starting February 2026. “By using this number, you will be able to get information on whether your ID card has been produced. I emphasize that damaged ID cards will be issued in February 2026,” said Minister Simbachawene.
