Lazziz Bakery Unveils a 3-Ton Landmark-Inspired Cake at Sabasaba Trade Fair.

Lazziz Bakery has made a remarkable impression at the 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) by unveiling an extraordinary cake weighing 3 tons, equivalent to 3,000 kilograms.

Speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam, the Chief Supervisor of Lazziz Bakery, Ms. Sahma Yusuph Nulkan, said the cake is not an ordinary one but a masterpiece crafted with precision to showcase Tanzania's key national infrastructure landmarks. These include the State House (Ikulu), schools, the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), National Housing Corporation (NHC) buildings, major highways, and a modern international airport.

According to Ms. Sahma, the innovative design has made the cake a major attraction at the Sabasaba grounds, drawing visitors from all over who flock to the Lazziz Bakery pavilion to witness the unique creation.

“We warmly welcome everyone on July 7th to join us for a special event where the cake will be cut and shared freely,” said Ms. Sahma Yusuph Nulkan.
